YLL Mahjong Club or YLL Mahjong Club is a San-Francisco based collective aiming to honor his heritage and engage younger generations in the game. beginner-friendly social club focuses on cross generational engagement and connection rather than gambling. bringing together players of various levels and styles, fresh DJs, small local businesses and eager talent to establish a new community in the Bay.
my involvement
i am a visual designer crafting bold, culturally inspired visuals that shape the club’s identity—from event branding and posters to menus and digital assets. my mission is to bring the energy and vision of each gathering to life, walking on the edges of tradition and modern style. currently also working on bringing to life YLL clothing brand that will expand the club by developing a clothing line that celebrates community, culture and streetwear aesthetic.

i am feeling incredibly grateful to have found such an inspiring community in the Bay—people who dedicate time outside their day jobs to preserve tradition, uplift others, and build something meaningful. from creating a safe and welcoming space for newcomers, to opening doors for rising DJs and hosts, to giving experienced mahjong players the chance to teach and connect—we're bridging generations and cultures. i'm so proud to be part of this team and excited to see how we continue to grow together.
